Director of People & Culture

As the Director – People & Culture, Evita Romero leads all functions and initiatives relating to member growth and culture development for all Bowen & Bowen, Ltd and Companies. She plays an instrumental role at the strategic planning level, enabling the seamless transition of talent across departments and companies.

Since joining the company, Evita has worked in various capacities, including administration at Belize Estate Co., Ltd, finance & accounting at Bowen & Bowen, Ltd, and product exporting at Belize Aquaculture Ltd. She then successfully merged her professional aspirations with her passion for people with the inception of the Human Resource Department, in which she has worked for over a decade.

Evita has a bachelor’s in Banking and Finance from Galen University and is a member and Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world’s largest HR professional society.
