The Platform
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our conversational commerce platform powered by YALO ("the Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Bowen & Bowen Ltd. ("Company").
Description of the Platform
The Platform is an AI-powered chatbot designed to facilitate the sale and purchase of beverages offered by the Company. Users can interact with the chatbot via WhatsApp, inquire about products, place orders, and receive customer service and support.
User Obligations
a. Users must be of legal age of 18 to purchase alcoholic beverages.
b. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
c. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, ordering, and customer service interactions.
Beverage Sales and Payments
a. All beverage sales are subject to availability.
b. Prices listed on the Platform are in BZD and are inclusive of GST and, if applicable, additional shipping fees.
c. For the moment, Customers who have credit with the Company will not be able to utilize their available balance for purchases made through the Platform. Payment will be collected upon delivery.
Customer Service and Support
a. The platform is equipped to handle customer service inquiries and support users with their orders and general inquiries.
b. In some cases, customer service inquiries may be escalated to human support agents for resolution.
c. Users should provide clear and accurate information when seeking customer service to facilitate efficient assistance.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.
