Nolan Michael
Chief Research and Development Officer
As the Brew Master and Chief Research and Development Officer at Bowen & Bowen, Ltd, Nolan Michael oversees product development, beverage production, and quality control operations while also holding responsibility for investment analysis, project research, development, and execution.
Nolan joined the Bowen & Bowen group in August 1998 as Assistant Hatchery Manager at Belize Aquaculture Ltd. During his tenure with the group, he has served as Quality System Implementation Coordinator, Plant Manager, and Manufacturing Operations Director for the Beverage Group.
He has also served on the Board of the Belize Chamber of Commerce, as Chairman of the Belize Solid Waste Management Authority during the implementation of the Solid Waste Management Western Corridor Project, and as Employer’s Representative on the Social Security Appeals Tribunal for several years.
Nolan holds a BS (Chemistry) (magna cum laude)’96 and MS (Research) in Analytical Chemistry and Organic Synthesis (summa cum laude)’98 from Saint Louis University, and a certificate in Brewing Technology from the World Brewing Academy/Siebel Institute. He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Executive Education Program (PLD).
