Nolan R. T. Michael

Chief Operations Officer

Nolan R. T. Michael is the Brew Master and Chief Operations Officer of Bowen & Bowen Ltd in Belize, where he oversees the Company’s supply chain - including planning, inventory management, production, quality assurance, utilities, maintenance, facilities management, and distribution.

He joined the Bowen & Bowen Group in August 1998 as Assistant Hatchery Manager at Belize Aquaculture Ltd and has since held several leadership roles, including Quality System Implementation Coordinator, Plant Manager, and Manufacturing Operations Director for the Beverage Group, and Chief Research & Development Officer.

Beyond his corporate career, Nolan has contributed to national development by serving on the Board of the Belize Chamber of Commerce, as chairman of the Belize Solid Waste Management Authority during the implementation of the Western Corridor Project, and as Employer’s Representative on the Social Security Appeals Tribunal.
